In the 1990’s, Mr. Lustig formed Baron Capital Partners, LLC, an investment banking firm that specializing in mergers and acquisitions, complex real estate transactions, work-outs/turnarounds, and corporate finance. Mr. Lustig was directly responsible for 11 healthcare mergers. Previously a CEO of public real estate company and in the 1980’s was one of the first real estate syndicators on wall street working for Sterling and L.F. Rothchild.
Mr. Lustig’s career began in the private practice of law where he gained national recognition in sports contract negotiations, complex real estate and business transactions, finance and corporate law. During this period, Mr. Lustig handled and negotiated over two hundred sports contracts including thirty-one first and second round draft picks in all major team sports, many of which set new industry standards.
Mr. Lustig is a graduate of Wittenberg University and Case Western Reserve University School of Law and a member of both the Ohio and Pennsylvania State Bars.

Transitioning into private executive strategic consulting in the mid 2000’s, Mr. Kevin Gluckstal serves as the Group’s liaison with institutional markets. He is an institutional trade consultant for qualified members of his private strategic alliances via his proprietary resources as a strategic arm for a global finance syndicate. Mr. Gluckstal’s strategic alliances span the globe representing 10 countries and bring critically needed facets to any business.
Mr. Gluckstal and his associates (see: brings to EMCO/ Hanover their knowledge of markets includes international economics, real estate and infrastructure development, renewable/clean energy, telecom, oil and gas, precious metals mining, public securities and finance, private secondary market finance and institutional banking.
As Chief Investment Officer and General Manager of the MacroTrend Investment Fund, LP, Mr. Gluckstal is responsible for all market research, stock market investment plus trading and private transaction negotiations along with institutional contractual and high net worth individual relationships. Mr. Gluckstal, a Gulf War veteran having received two commendations and four service medals for his service, earned a B.A. in Economics, awarded Omicron Delta Epsilon, from C.W. Post - Long Island University.

Prior to joining MacroTrend’s Executive Team, Eric was the director of the institutional private markets business development group for a Boston-based consulting firm and before that as the director of business development for a merchant bank where he focused on deal origination, analysis, and due diligence for global private equity clients while raising over one billion dollars. In 2013 he spent the majority of his time and efforts advising a startup led by a world-renown team of engineers and product developers to develop a GPS-enabled asset tracking system for the financial services and pharmaceutical industry. Mission critical achievements include securing funding for the first major round of production, a bid to secure a major US bank's branches nation-wide and global expansion overseas with a strategic partner headquartered in Australia.
From 2011 to 2012 he led a special situation, turnaround assignment as advisor and interim CFO of a niche manufacturing firm in the home furnishings and design industry where he successfully lead the restructuring, turnaround and acquisition of the company ahead of schedule, in just 9 months. There he bifurcated the company into a design studio where he negotiated and contracted 3 licensing deals for $10+million, and spun off an independent manufacturing operation. Eric earned his BSBA in Finance from Drexel University’s Bennet S. LeBow College of Business in Philadelphia and also studied at the United States Military Academy at West Point, NY. Eric also holds a Series 7 and 63 securities license.
