Douglas P. Brown is the President and Acting Chairman of the Board of Directors of Global Medical Products Holdings, Inc. He has held various public & private sector management positions. Prior to joining GMDP, he was Vice President of a San Diego investor relations firm. He has previously been employed in the securities industry with several firms including Linsco/Private Ledger and Robert Thomas Securities, a division of Raymond James Financial, in capacities of registered representative and branch management. He has held General Securities Principal and Options Principal licenses with the National Association of Securities Dealers.

Karl R. Rolls, Jr. is a Director and the Executive Vice-president and also serves as the Treasurer and Secretary of the Corporation. A practicing California attorney, a graduate of the Thomas Jefferson School of Law, he was admitted to the California and Federal Bar Associations in 1976. Before joining the management team he was engaged in private legal practice in the fields of corporate, estate planning, and civil litigation. A former Navy Pilot, Mr. Rolls in recent years has served as an Officer and/or Director and in management for a number of public companies and several private ones.
