MR. JOHN R. BURCHETTE

Director of Marketing Services - The EMCO/Hanover Group

John R. Burchette is Group Director of Marketing for The EMCO/Hanover Group, which, since its inception 1971, has concluded more than $3 billion in financial transactions worldwide as international merchant bankers, representing more than 1,000 separate corporate transactions. Mr. Burchette specializes in senior management decision process matters including corporate planning, financial administration, capital sourcing and business turnarounds.

Under EMCO/Hanover 's Executive Loan Program, Mr. Burchette has assumed a number of senior
on-line managerial positions, ranging from small to medium-sized firms, both publicly and privately held Under this program, Mr. Burchette has acted as a chief financial officer for various full-service restaurant companies, a privately held resort hotel, a marketing services company and a publicly held food distribution company.

Prom 1983 to 1985 Mr. Burchette served as the Treasurer Famous Restaurants, a $50 million publicly-held restaurant company, effectively restructuring working capital to enhance cash flows. From 1986 to 1987, Mr. Burchette served as the chief financial officer of a $12 million privately-held restaurant company, effecting its capital formation program. From 1988 to 1991, Mr.- Burchette acted as the controller for a full service resort hotel (The Four Seasons - Biltmore, Santa Barbara), virtually overseeing its capital renovation program, later assuming complete finance and accounting responsibility. Just completed Mr. Burchette acted as the interim vice president of finance for Vitafort International Corporation, an emerging wellness food company. NASDAQ reporting selling to 35 of the top 50 national retail food chains.

Mr. Burchette's background also includes that of various operating, marketing, human resources and facility maintenance functions for the $500 million restaurant division of City Investing Company. Other prior experiences include operations, marketing human resource, corporate planning and financial analysis responsibilities for the $150 million motel division of City Investing Company. Both subsidiaries (Sambo's & Motel 6) were acquired as "turnaround" companies by parent.
